We want you to be happy with your order. If something is not right, we will do our best to help.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, please email us at hello@foreverupliftingfitness.com with the following information:

• Your order number
• The item(s) you wish to return
• The reason for your return

We will respond within 1–2 working days with instructions on how to proceed.

Return Eligibility

Before requesting a return, please check our Refund Policy for full terms and conditions. In summary:

• Returns must be requested within 30 days of receipt
• Items must be unworn, unused, in original condition with tags attached
• Proof of purchase is required
• We do not accept returns for incorrect size or colour selections, change of mind, sale items, or gift cards

How to Request a Cancellation

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@foreverupliftingfitness.com with your order number.

We may be able to cancel your order before production begins. Once production has started, cancellations are no longer possible as the item is being made specifically for you.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at hello@foreverupliftingfitness.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will resolve this as a priority.

Refunds

Once your return is approved and received, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please review our full Refund Policy for complete details.
