At Forever Uplifting, most of our products are made to order. This means your item is produced specifically for you after your order is placed.
Why Made to Order?
Made-to-order production allows us to maintain quality, reduce waste, and offer a wider range of sizes and colours without holding excess stock. Every piece is produced with care.
What to Expect
Production Time
Please allow up to 21 days for your order to be produced and dispatched. This is in addition to the delivery timeframe shown at checkout.
Dispatch & Delivery
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a notification with tracking information where available. Estimated delivery times from dispatch are:
- UK: 3–7 working days
- International: 7–21 working days
These are estimates. Delays can occasionally occur due to production or carrier factors outside our control.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@foreverupliftingfitness.com. We can only cancel orders before production has begun.
Quality Assurance
Because each item is made specifically for you, minor variations in colour or finish compared to product images are not considered defects. If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately and we will resolve it.
