<p>Most orders are made to order. Please allow for production before dispatch. Due to ongoing international conflicts and carrier disruption, delivery may take up to 21 days from the date of dispatch. Tracking will be provided where available.</p>
<p>During periods of high demand, product launches, seasonal promotions, or public holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.</p>
<p>Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information where available.</p>

<h3>United Kingdom</h3>
<p>UK delivery is £3.99 for orders below £60. UK delivery is free for orders of £60 or more.</p>
<p>Estimated delivery time: 3–7 working days after dispatch.</p>

<h3>International Orders</h3>
<p>International delivery is calculated at checkout.</p>
<p>Estimated delivery time: 7–21 working days after dispatch, depending on your location, local postal services, and customs processing.</p>
<p>Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may vary due to circumstances outside our control.</p>

<h2>Tracking Your Order</h2>
<p>Where tracking is available, tracking details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order has been dispatched.</p>

<h2>Lost, Stolen or Damaged Parcels</h2>
