Orders

How do I place an order?

Browse our collections, select your size and colour, and add items to your bag. When you are ready, proceed to checkout and follow the steps to complete your purchase.

Can I cancel or change my order?

We may be able to cancel or amend your order before production begins. Please contact us as soon as possible at hello@foreverupliftingfitness.com. Once production has started, we are unable to make changes or cancellations.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes. A confirmation email is sent automatically after your order is placed. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive it within a few minutes.

Made to Order

What does made to order mean?

Most of our products are produced after your order is placed. This means your item is made specifically for you, which helps us reduce waste and maintain quality. It also means production takes a little longer than standard retail.

How long does production take?

Please allow up to 21 days for production and dispatch. This is in addition to the delivery timeframe. We will send you a tracking notification once your order has been dispatched.

Can I get a faster turnaround?

We do not currently offer express production. All orders follow the same made-to-order process to ensure consistent quality.

Shipping

How much does shipping cost?

UK delivery is £3.99. Delivery is free on UK orders over £60. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

How long will delivery take?

Once dispatched, UK orders typically arrive within 3–7 working days. International orders typically take 7–21 working days. Please note that these are estimates and delays can occur.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship to international destinations. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Please note that any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Will I receive tracking information?

Tracking is provided where available. You will receive a notification once your order has been dispatched.

Returns & Cancellations

What is your returns policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of receipt. Items must be unworn, unused, in their original condition, with tags attached and proof of purchase. Please review our full Refund Policy for complete terms.

How do I request a return?

Contact us at hello@foreverupliftingfitness.com with your order number and reason for return. We will guide you through the process.

What items cannot be returned?

We do not accept returns for incorrect size or colour selections, change of mind, sale items, or gift cards. Please check sizing carefully before ordering.

Do you offer exchanges?

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or colour, please return your item and place a new order.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If you have not received your refund after 15 business days, please contact us at hello@foreverupliftingfitness.com.

Sizing

How do I find the right size?

We recommend checking our Size Guide before ordering. Sizing may vary slightly between products, so please refer to the measurements provided for each item where available.

Do your products run true to size?

Our apparel is generally designed with an athletic fit. If you are between sizes or prefer a relaxed fit, we recommend sizing up. Check the individual product page for specific fit notes.

Product Care

How should I care for my Forever Uplifting clothing?

To keep your garments in the best condition, we recommend washing at 30°C or below, inside out, on a gentle cycle. Avoid tumble drying where possible and do not iron directly on any printed or embroidered areas.
