Shipping Policy

At Forever Uplifting Fitness™, every order is produced and prepared with care. This Shipping Policy explains our processing times, delivery estimates, and what to do if any issues arise with your order.

Order Processing

As many of our products are made to order, please allow 2–5 working days for your order to be processed before dispatch.

During periods of high demand, product launches, seasonal promotions, or public holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information where available.

Delivery Times

United Kingdom

Estimated delivery time: 3–7 working days after dispatch.

International Orders

Estimated delivery time: 7–21 working days after dispatch, depending on your location, local postal services, and customs processing.

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to circumstances outside our control.

Tracking Your Order

Where tracking is available, tracking details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order has been dispatched.

If you have not received your tracking information within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.

Lost, Stolen or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, appears lost in transit, or has not arrived within a reasonable period after the estimated delivery date, please contact us within 14 days at:
